Our Mission
The Gold Helmet Award has recognized the best of Colorado high school football for 75 years. More than just athletic talent, the award honors young men who demonstrate exceptional character, leadership, and academic commitment.
Each year, the Gold Helmet Award Corp. honors the recipient at a banquet attended by past winners, the recipient’s family, coaches, and teammates, culminating in the presentation of a gold-plated helmet.
